Private Video Conferencing
Easier connections, higher quality audio and video, and best of all, 100 percent Canadian hosted, owned and operated.
Allwest's private video conferencing platform, based on Yealink hardware, offers significant benefits over standard video conferencing platforms including higher quality audio and video than standard systems, user-friendly interface and full browser-based functionality, so no additonal softwanre is needed.
Our service is accessible gobally and we have run video conferences with parties in Europe, India, Mexico, South America and China.
Video Bridging
Easily connect your remote witness to courthouse video conferencing systems.
We help fill out the required paperwork (adm509 form), setup up the virtual connection (bridge), test with witnesses in advance of their testimony and provide any required assistance for the day of the testimony.
We routinely provide remote bridging for Supreme Court of British Columbia matters specifically in the Vancouver and New Westminster court houses. We are currently unable to offer our services at the Victoria Courthouse due to reasons outside of our control.
Hybrid Events
Integrate videoconferencing into your in-person events.
Providing easy access for remote attendees or presenters and reach a large audience.
We have several technical solutions for both small and large scale event integrations, including multi-camera Microsoft Teams Room systems that allow full PA integration, so remote parties can be clearly seen and heard.
Equipment Rentals
We rent a wide variety of A/V equipment from microphones, powered speakers, digital mixers, UHD projectors, large projection screens, and much more.
We have significant experinece in providing A/V for large public hearings and meetings and have run public hearings throughout British Columiba.

Teams Integration
Microsoft Teams integration for live hearings.
We have a large-scale multi-camera Teams Room setup that integrates directly PA systems, allowing for seemless integration of virtual participants into a live events using Microsoft Teams.
Our hadward integrates directly into your organization through Teams Rooms.
This offering is also perfect for streaming events live on Microsoft Teams.

What is Private Videoconferencing?
Allwest offers two fully private videoconferencing services. We own and operate both systems, right down to the Canadian-based servers that run the software.
Why is this necessary? To better serve our customers. Better audio and video, more responsive support, and providing a local Canadian alternative.
How is technical support better? Our staff handle all technical support for videoconferencing. We provide detailed instructions for parties, run tests with parties in advance of proceedings and are available on the day of for any needed technical support. If you have an issue, you can call us directly and speak with our staff who will help solve your issue. No automated lists, no support tickets, just fast and immediate help.
What Makes Allwest's Videoconference Different?
Our private videoconferencing systems are 100 percent Canadian owned and operated. Our servers are located in Canada and data is never shared with third parties.
Our systems are also accessible anywhere in the world with an internet connection. We have successfully hosted participants from the U.K, India, Mexico, China and Hong Kong without issue, including hosting witnesses in Canada who were testifying before the High Court of Hong Kong.
How is your videoconferencing different from other service providers? Many service providers simply offer Zoom or Teams services at a significantly increased rate while offer little to no additional benefits to their customers. We offer a full private systems and provide all required technical support.
Is Allwest's system easy to use? Extremely. We have run hundreds of videoconferences with people around the world. No software downloads are necessary and parties can connect using an internet browser. (Google Chrome recommended). And if parties require any technical assistance help is just a phone call away.

Yealink-based system
Big Blue Button-base system
The Yealink-based solution offers excellent quality and flexibility for videoconferencing, witness bridging and running entire remote proceedings.
The Big Blue Button-based sysem is designed more for education and focuses on larger audiences. Presents can remotely control slides, switch speakers, run live polls, take written or live questions. We also use this platform for online streaming of live hearings and events.
